 Ash has acquired many Pokemons throughout his journey of becoming Pokemon master, from tiny Pikachu to Rampages Charizard; many strong Pokemons are Shines of his collections. From pallet town to winning alola championship and competing in Pokemon world championship of Galar, all his achievements are because of his trusted Pokemons.

Ash has cought many strong Pokemons in his years of journey, and battle many strong Pokemons out of his leagues and end up winning. His Pokemons have battle mega evolution Pokemons and with different power ups like Z-moves and Dynamax/ Gigantamax, but the One Pokemon who can further Evolve without any mega stones or Power-up is Greninja; the strongest Pokemon ash ever had. Greninja evolves when bonding with ash called Ash-Greninja, with Bond phenomenon it's strongest Pokemon even stronger than Mega evolution.

5. Gengar

Gengar is the first ghost Pokemon that ash have achieved, gengar is the strongest ghost type Pokemon of ash that he ever acquired. Ash gengar has many unique traits, like size! Why ash's gengar is so big? We don't know the answer, but gengar is the strongest Pokemon and can use all power-ups; Mega evolutions, Z-moves and Gigantamax. Gengar in Pokemon journeys have proved himself a Best ghost type in present and lead ash one step ahead in Pokemon world championship. Ash and gengar both had become strong to win any battle at ease.
Despites of his different power-ups like Mega evolutions and so on, gengar will not make an impression against ash-greninja, in other words gengar will not stand a chance against ash greninja.

4. Goodra

The dragon type pseudo legendry Pokemon of kalos region had a huge fan following and makes gamers to play him in teams of six. Ash got goodra in its Base evolution: goomy and went Pokemon evolution to goodra, goodra is strongest dragon type Pokemon from kalos in Ash's teams. Goodra have granted many wins to ash during kalos journey, but table turned in final and got defeated.
Goodra though have awesome states and move states it lacks Mega evolutions and other power-ups, and the clear answer is the fight between goodra and ash-greninja will be one sided and Greninja will win this in no time.

3. Krookodile

This double typing Pokemon with Dark and Ground as a main types was the Ace Pokemon of ash in Unova region, ash acquired krookodile in its base form as Sandile, prior to its evolution; krookodile had stealed some jaw dropping wins in gyms of Unova. Though, krookodile is weak against fighting type Pokemons, he have defeated Sawk a fighting type Pokemon and Iris's Dragonite's pride was broken with just Crunch attack.
Here, who will win head on head between krookodile and greninja?, Ash greninja too has two types dark/water and krookodile is also weak against water type giving greninja type advantage and also bond phenomenon formation. Though krookodile is strong and have defeated many Pokemons of Unova, he have no chance against the strongest Ash-greninja and would easily get defeated by greninja.

2. Lycanroc

Lycanroc is strongest Rock type Pokemon of ash, he obtained in Alola region. Lycanroc is evolved from Rockruff and first rock type pokemon to lead ash in Alola league finals,  ash lycanroc is only dusk form which appeared in anime. This Pokemon do really have some guts and super endurance in terms of battle states, lycanroc may goes out of control when gets angry but after training with ash, lycanroc had gain full control of its power. But, could ash lycanroc would be able to defeat ash greninja in its best form of bond phenomenon? In my opinion, might not. Lycanroc cannot defeat Ash-Greninja, though lycanroc have Z-move, ash greninja's inferno water shuriken will end this in no time.

Noivern is the flying/dragon type Pokemon of ash, he obtained as egg during kalos journey. Noivern hatched from egg and is one among the strongest Dragon type Pokemon of ash, noivern was so cared by hawlucha one of ash Pokemons from kalos six. Noivern had very good states and move-sets this dragon type Pokemon was found very useful in kalos league. Despite, he trained with ash greninja, there is a question; can noivern defeat Ash-Greninja? No! Noivern can't stand a chance, it may have defeated many strong Pokemons but can't defeat Ash-Greninja in bond phenomenon.

5. Dragonite

Dragonite is the dragon type pseudo legendry Pokemon, ash acquired in his journey of Galar regions. Ash dragonite is the strongest dragon type Pokemon in Ash teams, in Pokemon journeys episodes fans have witnessed How Strong is Ash's Dragonite!. Ash dragonite nature is friendly and want to mix with others Pokemons, friendly nature doesn't mean that it's a weak Pokemon, Dragonite is one the strongest pseudo legendry Pokemon of ash and won every battles, Dragonite have also defeated the korrina mega Lucario in Pokemon world championship.

Now let's come to conclusions, can Dragonite will be able to defeat ash greninja in ash-greninja form, although dragonite have defeated many tough opponents including Mega evolutions; it will give a tough and best fight to ash-greninja and might be able to win, changes are less. Dragonite may win against ash greninja if Pokemon company gives him power-ups like Mega evolutions form, Z-moves or Gigantamax.

4. Infernape

Infernape was the one of the starter Pokemon of sinnoh region and Ash's first fire starter Pokemon of his sinnoh teams, he obtained as a chimchar when abandoned by Paul; chimchar's first trainer. Chimchar evolved and became the Strongest Fire/Fighting Pokemon of ash in Sinnoh league, fully evolved Infernape has awakened his hidden power Blaze and have many tough opponents. Ash infernape do have the best bond with Ash and obeys him in any circumstances.

Although, infernape have no Mega evolutions, z-move or Gigantamax he have developed his best ability Blaze, which Boost infernape's fire moves which can create trouble for even a legendary Pokemons.

The fight between infernape and greninja will be worth watching, both are strong Pokemons of ash in their own league and there is chances that infernape can defeat Ash-Greninja. Yes! Infernape have the power and guts and can defeat Ash-Greninja.

3. Sceptile

Sceptile is strongest grass type Pokemon of ash he ever acquired after bulbasaur, Sceptile have defeated many strong Pokemons in Pokemon universe. Ash got sceptile in its base form as treecko and it's the first Full evolved Grasstype starter Pokemon of ash. Sceptile is the only Pokemon known to defeat Tobias legendry Pokemon Darkrai. Sceptile have Mega evolutions form which upgrade it's type from grass to dragon type and boost in its overall states.
Can Sceptile defeat Ash-Greninja? Yes! In My opinion, because if sceptile can defeat legendry Darkrai in its normal form he have many changes to defeat Ash-Greninja and also has the type advantage. If trained properly and obtained Mega evolutions then sure sceptile can defeat Ash-Greninja.

2. Lucario

Lucario is the strongest Pokemon in Ash Roster, its the fifty fifth Pokemon in ash collection and among the top 10 strongest Pokemons of ash. Good for one, Lucario got Mega evolutions and Pokemon company finally given ash the key stone, Now he can mega evolve Lucario. Similar to ash greninja, Lucario too have a strong Bond with ash and access the aura to unlock the full potential of Lucario. Ash greninja and Lucario share similar traits and Senses to Ash, they both get strong with aura Bond. If they have similarities then Lucario will win over greninja or not? The fight between Lucario and greninja will be memorable to watch. Does Lucario defeat Ash-Greninja? I think yes Lucario have 100% chance of winning against greninja if trained hard more or else he may end up loosing, but Lucario can defeat Ash-Greninja.

Charizard is first and the strongest starter and fire type Pokemon in Ash's Roster, Ash acquired Charizard when he had started his Pokemon journeys of becoming Pokemon master. At first, charizard refused to obey ash and run of fight or sleep between matches without bothering, but now they have developed a great chemistry among them and charizard even risk his life for ash. 

Charizard have defeated many strong Pokemons till now, Charizard vs Articuno was the fight of opposite elements and the legendary Articuno was defeated by ash's Charizard. Charizard had defeated some very strong non-legendary Pokemons too like Claire's Dragonaire,  Harrison's Blaziken and many more, when charizard in team means win is granted.

But what would happen if ash's Charizard and greninja goes one-on-one fight? Who will win? I think charizard will have complete chance of winning if it gets Mega stone, still charizard will have great fight against greninja, both Pokemons Charizard and greninja are so strong that its hard to say who will win among them, but Charizard is strong and can defeat Ash-Greninja.
