Izuku Midoriya is the main protagonist of My Hero Academia and Boku no Hero Academia Anime series and Comics.

Izuku Midoriya, hero Name Deku is a young boy and Student of Hero Course in UA High of My Hero Academia (Boku no hero Academia); Deku is a Successor of All Might's( Strongest and most popular Hero of MHA and BNHA) and the 9th Weilder of One-For-All (One of Most powerfull quirk in the world of My Hero Academia/ BNHA).

Izuku Midoriya was born quirkless but inspired and motivated by world's greatest Hero All Might and Holds a great hope of becoming the hero as all might is. Izuku was bullied in middle school by Bakugo, his rival now and then. Deku was the Name given by Bakugo to Izuku; Deku meaning is Good for Nothing, so to tease and moral him down.

Izuku Midoriya the main protagonist of manga series: My Hero Academia, was gifted with quirk One for All ,  he enrolled in UA High School where he made many Good friends, one of the bestie is Uraraka.

Deku and Uraraka are best Friends and the First Female Friend of Izuku Midoriya.

Deku's mom, Inko Midoriya is homemaker and had raised Izuku by her own since born, Izuku's mother's quirk is to float small object towards herself, she is most caring and loving mother in MHA.

How Deku got his quirk?

=> Izuku Midoriya (deku) was very fascinated towards becoming a hero from childhood but after medical checkup it reveals that Izuku is Quirkless, who knows the truth. Latter, Izuku met his idol Toshinori Yagi also known as All Might and ask if he can be a hero even if he is Quirkless , but he ask to be police officer. But the day when his friend kachan was attacked by mud villian, Izuku rushed to help kachan even without a quirk, this actions of Deku made all might to give a chance to him and lend him his transferable Quirk "One For All" OFA to Izuku; This how Izuku got his Quirk.

Why does deku call Bakugo 'kacchan'?

=> Izuku and bakugo were good friend when they were kids, they even hangout together and also played together, until the Bakugo manifested his Fire-Burst Quirk. Since both were good friends its obvious that 'Kacchan' is Nick Name or childhood name of Bakugo so called by Deku, instead Deku received name 'deku' from Bakugo.

What is deku blood type?

=> During hero internship deku had encountered with The Hero Killer Stain, deku and lida was struggling with Villian Stain. When stain licked Deku's blood it reveals that Deku blood type is '0'.

How many quirks Deku have?

=> Deku have only one Quirk One For All, but one for all is sacred quirk which embeds the Quirks of holders of one for all and passes to next holder. Hence, deku has only one Quirk i.e. One For All; but have Six for embedded quirks.

Facts/Trivia

In anime and manga series it's shown that that Deku was born quirkless, but it might not be true and Deku's Quirk stolen by All for One.
